California Man Indicted in Fatal Buffalo Cab Crash

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A California man has been indicted on vehicular homicide charges after a fatal crash in Buffalo that killed a passenger riding in a cab.

The indictment follows the crash that claimed the life of the cab's passenger. The defendant now faces prosecution on the vehicular homicide charge in Erie County.
